Its not that its "poor"....its just not as good as the LS6. Not EVERYONE takes corners for 30 seconds at a time and at 178 mph. lol

Some guys build GTO/C5s and use the BETTER heads for more power and drag racing and if they are not taking said corners at 178 for 30 seconds at a time the oil starvation means jack. And it is an upgrade in every area to the LS1 head.

You dont get it because you dont do it. Lots of guys are using them on their LS1/LS6 power plants. I dont understand getting my nails done. lol
You are right on the part I don't do it. Been there & done that and wised up!
