Default This must be a World Record of some kind...see pictures and story.

This must be an unprecedented week in Carlisle Blue Metallic Corvette sales...I sold and delivered 3 2012 Carlisle Blue Metallic Grand Sports this week...and wait until you read/see what was traded in on those three deals. This past Monday Thomas from Maryland took delivery of a Carlisle Blue Metallic GS Cpe and traded a 2010 Shelby 500 cpe. On Saturday morning Rich and Jan drove up from Winston Salem, NC to trade their 2003 50th Anniv Corvette Convt on a Carlisle Blue Metallic GS Cpe and then as they left... Dick and Bonnie drove down from PA to trade their 2004 Lemans Blue Convt on a Carlisle Blue GS Convt with Blue top. Boy does that Blue top look perfect on CB Metallic!! Enjoy the pictures...I have one Carlisle Blue Metallic GS Convt left in stock, it's a 6spd manual 3LT with Blue top...and remember all Carlisle Blue Corvettes get in to Corvettes at Carlisle this Year for Free. These 3 customers are from 3 different states and all 3 are registered already for August in Carlisle. I am lucky I am located only 90 miles South of Carlisle and have been attending their Events since 1978!!

Thomas from Maryland...

Rich and Jan from NC.

Dick and Bonnie from PA

Thats me above waiting for Onstar to finish their final instructions.

Say Mike, any way we can find out how many CBs were produced for 2012, since it's a one year color?

(BTW, I won first place in a local show yesterday with my CB GS)

Yes, The final figures should be announced within the month and then we will have a total breakdown. Always cool to see a 1 yr color and it's rarity!!

See you in Carlisle 3rd week of August. I will be working at the Callaway tent for Callaway Supercharged vehicles...representing Criswell Chevrolet ofcourse!!

CONGRATS on the Car Show for you!!

The first pictures I saw of the Carlisle Blue, I just didn't like it at all, but at the Corvette Corral at Sebring in March I got to see a GS convertible and a GS coupe in Carlisle Blue, and I had to change my thoughts on the color, I did like it. I'm still partial to my Cyber Gray, but I do think the Carlisle Blue looks pretty good, especially on a GS.

From the beginning, I liked the Carlisle Blue and three new owners will have cars that you don't see everyday. Congrats to them on their purchases.

Carlisle blue is an awesome color, particularly with a blue top in the vert variety over chromies. Congrats to the new owners. Beautiful cars all the way.
