Default New Grand Sport Owner!!

OMG! I sold my silver 2001 Z back in November last year and I finally found the car of my dreams out of Miami and it just arrived on Sunday morning. She is so gorgeous I had to share some photos. I have already bought multiple things for her like steering wheel and shifter **** and a couple other little things. I'm SO GLAD to be apart of the club. Please give me some ideas of the first and best things to do to her.

Enjoy!

First thing is eliminate the CAGS system. Use the smart fuse method (do a quick search). You might want to consider a clear bra treatment.
Then drive it with respect. These cars can bite you if your not careful.

Congrats on the beautiful new ride!

Thank you thank you. I am taking her to Concours Auto Salon here in San Antonio to get a paint restoration, clay, polish, and getting an Optiglaze paint sealant that is suppose to have a 3 year warranty. I am really looking forward to getting her back.

I want to do the clear bra but it's pretty pricey.

Congrats on the purchase. I just had Opti-shield put on mine and I'm really happy that I did it. Less work for me, longer scratch-free life for my paint. Even more important with black!

I'm personally not a huge fan of black cars, but this looks as sharp as any vette on the road! Congratulations

Beautiful!!!
IMHO the best thing you can possibly do to that Vette, by a longshot, is get it out on the highway for a trip, even is just a daytrip to someplace interesting. Enjoy!!!

That's a great looking GS. Nice stance and clear corner lamps too.

Default Clear Bra? DIY?

So I consider myself a handy man and I'm reading forums talking about clear bras and such..... anyone had success with putting on your own clear bra?
