Default Vibration

I am getting a very odd oscillating vibration at around the 70mph mark. It doesn't follow the speed of the car and it's "rhythm" doesn't match anything spinning like a tire (new ones), wheel bearing, brakes etc.I was getting it before the new tires as well. I can't for the life of me think of what could be rotating at a slower speed then the items mentioned above. Any thoughts????

PS: Car drives fine otherwise.

Torque tube bearings or bushings?

The bushings usually sound like rocks in a can when they start to go bad.

Anything belt driven would be at a different rotating speed than the tires.

I was actually thinking torque converter possibly. It's more of a vibration than a sound.
