There may be cheaper ones out there but none better in my opinion. Had one in my 04 cobra and now have one in my C6.

MGW is THE best shifter out there.

MGW shifter comes with step by step instructional DVD video which was very helpful in removing the console. Very good product made in USA. 
Note: It is highly recommended to replace your shifter box rubber bushings if worn. Worn bushings will make your shifting sloppy. You can get them at southercarparts.com.
