Thats kind of crazy with all the junk on the market they chose the GS as one of the worst. Somebody somewhere must have had a bad gm experience beacuse thats just nonsense.

Note that the article is well over a year old, since it was dated December 2011.

Additionally, the Corvette made the list of ONE editor - this wasn't a consensus of opinion of ALL the editors. Each of them made their own choice for best and worst.

Ironically, the introduction mentions that "..for every Porsche, Corvette..." that we drive, there are a number of Scions, Versas, and so on. Sounds like the article author didn't notice that the GS didn't make the good list for at least one editor.

It was also clear that the editor in question doesn't really understand the Corvette - he was complaining about the leaf spring like it was a recent development...

If you have a low opinion of Motor Trend, this really won't make it any lower, but it does seem to show that it isn't really made up of car guys.
