the z06 has a new room mate !!!
She has wanted one of these ever since i met her so we took a 5 hour trip yesterday and picked up a 1986 mini. It is 100% stock and had a full restoration in the begening of last year. She is guna drive it untill there is a mechanical failure of engine or tranny and then we are guna do a d series honda swap.

I did a nice burnout on my buddy's drive way years ago, his wife still hasn't forgiven me.

my wife pulled up just as i finished and the smoke was still lingering. She knew what she signed up for before she slid the ring on my finger!!!! lol

o i have been wearing her out with all the jokes but she is so happy its not phasing her at all lol. i am realy anctious to do the honda swap. a 1300# car with 160hp.... that may give the vette some competition lol

Very nice, those Mini's are cool, but I would leave the Mini stock. Having an original Mini is money in the bank. Once you put that Honda motor in the Mini you will destroy its value.
Not only that, I would rather see my wife driving around in a larger, safe car with air bags, ABS, crumple zones......
