Default My wife thinks I am getting forgetful

She wanted me to go to the store and pick up a few things yesterday.
I took my Vette as usual and went to the store farthest away so I could enjoy the drive. It was a cool day (mid 60's) and the car was running great. I forgot a few key items she needed and she promptly sent me back to the store.

Anyone else make up reasons to go for a drive?? Are you as forgetful as I am?

Your wife should pin the grocery list to your shirt. Problem solved.

Roger, I am like you in that regard.

Ooops, you mean I forgot something? Rats, I will be back in awhile. It is a good way to get out of having to do other things to.

Lori, it may be out, but I don't think my wife has figured it out yet.

I'm way beyond that. I'm still driving mine on a daily basis, even if I have NOWHERE to go!

When the wife's dinner out, he takes while to get there for dinner. Love to drive the car. I'm like kid in candy store.

Forgetful? Ask me about my A.D.D. or pie or my cat. Bacon is ready. I have a blue watch. Do you like TV. I saw rock. Hi.

I'm a DD as well. Tomorrow I have to make a 600 mile round trip. Wife says "your not going to put all those miles on the 'vette, are you?" I just gave her a blank stare and laughed

Are you sure your forgetting on purpose so you can drive your Vette again, or to get away from the wife...... I had to ask.
