Default Anyone order from tps motorsports

I sent an order in to tps motorsports for a set of calipers. They were always there when i wanted to order. I had a question about my order and have emailed them, called them, texted them with with no results, no contact, no return phone call, nothing. Just wondering if thats the way they do business or if someone has something good to say about them. I'm very frustrated

How long have you been trying to contact them? I didn't have any problems when I ordered from them.

4 days now with several attempts each day. I ordered red calipers. The day after sending the order I decided I'd rather have another color so I tried to catch them before they made their order, they said it may take up to two weeks, so I figured if I caught them in time I could make the change.. So far I've got nothing for my efforts. I'm not saying they are a bad company, just saying, so far, their communication process is not what I would expect.

I ordered calipers from them about 2 months ago and did have some communication problems with them and timeliness of them filling the order/shipping (getting it in the mail) being slow. I originally ordered RED ones too and come to find out a few days after order they didn't have any red ones in stock and it would be a longer wait (couple weeks) so I just went with black ones......glad I did too!

I bought powder coated calipers from them a couple of months ago and they always answered the phone and emails. Do you have mike's cell # here it is 408-667-0531. This should do the trick.

I am hoping that something good comes from this as they are a Forum vendor. I don't know if they're in the region of the fires in CA. Maybe...

No on the fire region thought.

Mike stays on top of his Internet business, this is uncharacteristic of him.

I would not worry of any scamming fears, he is a stand up guy for sure.

I have experienced many deals with Mike, I live within walking distance and TPS works on all my cars.
