Default npp stuck open

I have a 2007 C6 with factory installed (from 2008) npp exhaust. Up until a week or so ago, the remote fob opened and closed the system with no problem. Now, the flaps are stuck open. Any suggestions?

Battery in remote FOB bad.
Vacuum hose broken or disconnected.
Remote device for FOB has blown fuse and in open position last for vacuum.

Lack of vacuum opens the NPP

It's NOT 'factory installed' then . Just factory NPP, installed by you or a shop . Just saying. Possible causes are listed on post #3; you'll have to investigate. Good luck.

In diagnosing, it's like Elmer said, the natural, default state is open. Vacuum from a running engine can be used to close the valves, but a lack of any input leaves them open.
