Well, you would want to stop just a few feet before that happens!


We had one guy who posted about going 750 miles on a flat runflat, I think it was a C5 Goodyear (rated 50/200) but not sure.

When we did the Tail of the Dragon on a flat Michelin this year, we put 68 miles on it. You could see when it was removed that repair would not have been approved, but it certainly wasn't about to come apart.

Made my decision and ordered the Michelins. Got a nice deal from an authorized dealer in town. Did not have to order on line. $1,550 mounted and balanced w/ road hazard and a $70 Visa Card. Making them $1,480. I appreciate all the advice and opinions.
