505hp Z06s trap ~120mph. did you really gain 250hp from a CAI, exhaust heads and cam?

I guess so
no i have 492 RWHP thats at the rear wheels, and with an automatic with 373 gears, the z06 is 505 hp on the engine not rear wheels, the car went a 10.62@126.98 and still holds that record, that was 4 years ago!! when it was in the bolt/on category. stock heads and cam the oil pan valve covers or timing chain cover never been off the car. and it could have went faster. but since nobody came close i decided to go cam. if i can be of any help

I understand numbers just fine. What I cant is when its is one long sentence with no punctuation or capitalization.

I know plenty of guys with your power on the street...they dont hook up worth a damn. I was just curious why you think you can. No biggie.

ok! I run 305x35x18 MT drag radials with CCW 11.5" x 18" rims. air pressure 20lbs hot. CCW skinnies on the front. I run the battery in the back passenger compartment, I have a 25lb nitrous bottle mounted dead center as far back as it can go in the hatch area. I have the front swaybar removed. I have QA1 shocks set at 8 drivers side & 10 passenger side. my car is a Z51, I also changed the rear rotors to the lighter rear C5 base rotors and caliper hanger brackets. And also the fronts to rear C5 rotors calipers and hanger brackets. I tried to cleanup the punctuation! hopefully you can understand why it will hook on the street. at the track it hangs the front wheels on a 2300 RPM launch, on the street i can pedal into the throttle and floor 1 car out, probably still 1.4s 60 ft on the street with no burnout. the tires work better without a burnout, if you have been driving on them for miles to heat, instead of a burnout. the burnout on the street brings the petroleum out of the asphalt causing lost traction, at the track it doesn't because of track prep and the rubber already down.

Wow.

I have friends with set-ups similar to yours with with f-bodies and with the same tires they cant hit that number on the street, the track if they get teh tires hot they can. Of course they are runnig a little heavier car but on the street all they do is spin.

Remember the c6 is 49 - 51 weight distribution . The Fbody isn't and I changed it to the better

He also has adjustable shocks like you, full UMI suspenion, ditched the 7.5 for a DANA S60 with 4.10s, skinnys up front, drag wheels out back, 3600 converter, 450 to the rears as well. Front bar is also removed. His weight was helped a lot by the DANA S60 as its a lot heavier in the rear than the stocker. The skinnys up front and the bar removed helped as well.

Its not "as good" but its a solid set up that picks the front tires pretty easy.

With the new cam and heads I cant wait to drive it.

I'm confused. I thought you had a bolt on LS2.

Dude, your grammar is horrible. I genuinely can't understand half of what you're saying. Calm down and take a minute to collect your thoughts. Oh, use periods, too. This isn't being a grammar ****; I seriously don't understand what you're writing. It may make sense in your head, but you need to be more clear for us.

What i am saying is 492 rwhp at the rear wheels. the Z06 is 505 on motor, depending on drivetrain lose not even close. And the drivetrain lose on my car is greater, 1 being an automatic, 2 high stall converter, 3 373 gears

I have a 2006 gsxr-750 and the acceleration you are used to off the line on the bike won't make you too impressed in the Vette (even though your buddies in the passenger seat will be ******** their pants). However the Vette is a BEAST at highway speeds, she really starts to get fun around 80-100 mph, just dying to be pushed harder. Overall, I love owning both.
