Anytime I don't drive it to work (rare), I miss it! Especially when I see all the other great Vettes out there, drivers understandably beaming!

Have been dd my 05 convertible since I bought it. Used it for the winter with 4 snow tires and it was fine for that to. A good year round daily.

Honestly,
1) anxiety about where to park in the lot, i.e. parking further away or hunting for a good spot, is a pain for me.

2) anxiety about keeping it looking pretty - when you daily drive it - is a bit of a pain, but my car is black and I like to keep it shiny.

3) it's aggravating driving a fast car slow, i.e. when you are in a line of cars and trudging along at 20 mph in stop and go.

For daily driving the route that I drive, I enjoyed my Miata a lot more, I felt I was a nimble rabbit racing around corners rather than a caged beast restrained.

My C5 Z06 was my DD up to 130k miles. No issues other than wear items. My base C6 is as well. 7k miles first 6 months. Been in snow rain you name it. If not for a harmonic balancer failure it would have been perfect.

I daily drive my vette in Chicago. Have a wheel / winter tire combo that goes on in November and comes off in March. In 2012 there were only two days I did not drive my car as a result of weather.

Amen - bro! The only time mine isn't on the road is if there's snow, because it's pretty much uncontrollable. But we have an AWD Caddy CTS and a Jeep Cherokee to compensate. And snow doesn't happen very often here, so I can count on my fingers the days the 'vette hasn't been on the road this winter.

Nice! I only have 22k on my 2011 that I bought in October 2011. In my defense, I only live 11 miles from work. Most of my mileage is cruises and going to meets.

I daily drive an A&A supercharged C6. 607rwhp and 535rwtq. It's fine for a daily driver since I kept the stock cam. You could even put a mild cam in a supercharged car and it will behave fine for daily driving. I wouldn't recommend a nasty NA car with a huge cam. That gets annoying.
