how would you access the 2 storage compartments under the box?
can i simply pull the box up and out?
or does it need to be bolted down?

you would simply lift up the box and move it
the box will not be bolted down. The wheel wells keeps it from sliding anywhere

The only boxes we have already have the holes cut. There are no boxes without the cutouts. They are manufactured like that, not much we could do about it.
