Running lights and tail lights.
Please help. My running lights on the sides of my fenders front and back will not work plus my tail lights will not work. The break lights work though. Is there a relay for these or a fuse? I don't have an owners manual.

Your car appears to be a C5...you should post in that section. In the meantime there are usually fuses for most of the items you mentioned. Here's a link to a 98 manual
