Congrats on the new ride! Don't worry about the age thing. I rode the bus for two years in college, in order to save to buy my 1985 Vette. I saved enough to buy a 1973 as well. Yep, I was a 22 year old college and I owned two beautiful Corvettes with no car payments.

I love the Arctic White with Black accents. I seriously considered this combination with ebony/red interior. You have a beautiful Vette and every reason to enjoy it.

Why would you buy one of these things? Their nothing but trouble. Your face will form smile lines. Your heart will race. You will spend too much time on this forum. You will start searching on the internet for ways to personalize your vette. You will cover it up at night in the garage, tuck it in, and put it too sleep. Then you'll put a tv in the garage and watch your shows while your waxing your vette. You'll learn how to change your breaks, paint the calipers, and remove the front end to install a new grille. You'll ask about Zaino and simichrome. You might install a new radio. You'll spend 2k modifying the interior. You'll spend 2k on tires. You'll park the car and glance back several times to make sure the car is okay. You'll look at the car at night before going to bed. You'll take pics of the car. You'll wax, wax, and wax again. You'll make a ringtone from the exhaust. You'll install new fog lights, back up lights, driving lights, interior lights. You'll tint the windows. Learn how to dodge cops when you speed. You'll rev the engine at stop lights. Your life is changing. What did you do?

The implication being that 30 is actually old.

Wish I was 30 again, I can think of a few things I'd do differently!

Kudos on the new machine, enjoy!

Pretty soon Corvettes are going to have to have warning labels.
