If you happen to be in San Diego this weekend.
San Diego at the embarcadaro near Sea Port Village on the harbor.
Main St. Car show.
Put on by Corvette Owners of Southern Cal. corvette club. There will be about 500 cars. This isn't just a Corvette show. There will be plenty of Vettes plus all vintage of Mustangs, Camaros, GTOs, Ferraris. The PT Cruisers show up with some pretty tricked out PT Cruisers. Mazda Miatas show up. Some of them are monster Miatas with LSx engines in them. All tricked out. There will be vintage Chargers, new and old Challengers and Cudas.
Oh the low rider club has a presence there. Some pretty tricked out Chevy Impala low riders. One side is the harbor and the other side is the Marinea where some pretty cool boats are. There is no city prettier than San Diego to hold a car show. Raffel prizes burgers and hot dogs. All for charity. Good cause.
BTW, the Mundo cool Vette will be there too.

that's great Mundo! wish I was going to be there, but I used to. the "glass" show was great, too.

It is a great show. Like mundo said lots of vettes of course but many many other types of cars, hot rods, low riders etc.
Weather should be great as well.

For spectators its 10am - 3pm. All kinds of cool cars. San Diego has the best weather in the world. Average temp at 12 noon is about 70 degrees everyday of the year and sunny. The location is beautiful. One side overlooks the marina. The other side over looks the beautiful San Diego harbor. Rolling green lawn and very nice pathways. Palm trees, nicely landscaped. The cars aren't parked in some field like other car shows.

I used to live in the San Diego area, some years ago, still have friends and familly there, and know the area very well. You are right, downtown Marina area is the best place to have a car show...and the weather is always (nearly) perfect....enjoy.
