Default New Coolant - Flush or Drain -

Installing new water pump... is there anything special to do when putting in new coolant?

Do I just remove the lower radiator hose and water pump and let it drain, and then refill with 50/50 mix of Dexcool?

Or do I need to do something more to flush out all the old coolant before putting in new coolant?

to flush it you need to get it all out so you need to run the engine while still supplying water to it. Once clean water starts coming out then you add the coolant. Don't forget to catch the old coolant and dispose.
