I would search in the C6 forced induction forum, there are a lot of threads on the best tires for the best traction.
You have to be careful with tire height too, because it will mess up your computer systems if you get the diameter between front and rear off by too much.
Again, read those threads there, and it will have all the details.

305/30/19 is about as wide as you can go on stock rears (19 x 10). some tires run narrower than others and have seen a 315-325 on a stock wheel, but they are not any wider than my 305's. they make some very sticky tires at the 305's range as well,ei: R888,pilot super sports, yokohama ad08's,ect. if you are dead set on running 345's on back of a coupe you should probably contact the ccw guys. they make great wheels that also allow for z06 size tires to be run on a coupe due to better offsets.

I've seen several posts out here (sorry, don't have time to find them for you now), where others have put on the wider rear fenders, with all the parts listings, pricing, etc.
Others have bought the CCW brand rims, or had their rims sliced, and re-welded wider, to fit under the stock C6 fenders.
Finally, others have bought the fender flares, and mounted/painted them on the stock C6 fenders.
If you search, you should find plenty of posts about all of these options.
Most posts will probably be started before the Grand Sport was introduced, because the wider rear tire width was arguably the biggest reason it was introduced in 2010.
