Default Adding Hands Free Bluetooth with Audio - Part II

I posted a while back I posted how I had added an aux input for Bluetooth audio.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-c...ing-wires.html

I recently added a Kinivo BTC450 Bluetooth Hands-Free Car Kit to wife's car and liked it so much, I decided to install one in the Corvette.

Amazon.com: Kinivo BTC450 Bluetooth Hands-Free Car Kit for Cars with Aux Input Jack (3.5 mm) - supports aptX: MP3 Players & Accessories Amazon.com: Kinivo BTC450 Bluetooth Hands-Free Car Kit for Cars with Aux Input Jack (3.5 mm) - supports aptX: MP3 Players & Accessories

I took out the console and followed the instructions on Ray's site for mounting the aux input in the console (so yeah, I had to drill one hole).

I then routed the wires underneath the console, and put everything back together. The Kinivo unit works great with my iPhone 5 and it doesn't pick up any ignition noise. The only thing that sucks is that the power socket has power all the time, so it doesn't automatically pair up like it would if the power socket was controlled by the ignition switch.

Will the Kinivo cable reach from the aux port to the cig lighter in the glove box?
