Default fuel injector cleaner

Hi all ,
My c6 grandsport just reached 10,000 miles and I was wondering if I should use some fuel injector cleaner on my next fill up ?

I use gas from a toptier gas station "Shell V-Power" http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html and maybe every 10K or 12K miles I use this during my fill up. Is it needed, maybe not, but I like to do it anyways.

I used some Sea Foam cleaner in my Cadillac and the injectors were cleaned quite well. Very rough idle and not the acceleration I was used to. Afterwards, it ran fine and still does, some thousands of miles later.

Bottom line, best thing to do is burn top tier fuel. If it makes you fell better, add Techron once or twice a year, but no more often than that.

I put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in my tank every time I change the engine oil, but I believe that the occassional full throttle bursts and top tier fuel really take better care of it, as others have suggested above.

I use top tier.

http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html

If I can't find it when I am traveling, I add Techron.

My vote would be to add a bottle of Techron at the second to last fill up before an oil change.

Techron seems to be a recommended product to keep your fuel tank, fuel pump and gas guage sender (which is in the tank) in "better" condition.

Fill it up, burn through the Techron, drain the oil.

With use of top tier fuel, I'd also vote that adding a cleaner product would not be necessary.
