Bought my first Vette last October at 58...poll shows more younger people with Vettes than I thought there would be...figured I had to wait till I was old to buy one..Doesn't the demographic Vette study say that somewhere? You mean I could have bought one years ago? Bummed

66- Bought my first vet -65 roadster, in 1968 when I was discharged from the Marines and came home from Viet Nam with 14 months of savings in the bank. It was stolen 6 weeks later. Then bought a brand new 69. Have loved Vets since I was 12. My older brother raced Fords but his good friend always had a new Vet and he would let me borrow it occasionally when I was 16 and got my license. Imagine the thrill of a 16 year old driving a brand new 63 Vet. All these years later and I still own a Vet. How lucky am I.
