If you are a 100% corvette C6 vert guy would you rather own a C6 vette coupe or go with another vert car . I am a 100% C6 vert vette guy but if I had to own a C6 vette coupe instead of a C6 vette vert I would own 3 cars first other than a C6 coupe or even a C7 coupe for that matter .#1 2015 mustang GT vert #2 2014 camaro ss vert #3 C5 vette vert. What three cars would you guys own THAT YOU CAN AFFORD if you would not want a C6 vette coupe or would you just get the C6 vette coupe instead of your C6 vette convertible? Thanks DAVE

If you're a true Vette guy then just because you can't get or own a Vert doesn't matter. For Vette guys and girls it's Vette or nothing wether that be Vert or Coupe. We don't settle.

I like my Vette coupe but I don't mind driving the wife's '12 Shelby GT500 vert. If I could only have one of them I'd have the Vette coupe.

You can own all the Mustangs or Camaro's that you want but if you really want someone to notice, drive up in a Vette. It's just that simple and I am not bashing the others. The Vette is simply just a cut above. Doesn't matter if it a vert or coupe. Trust me on this!!
What kind of answer did you think you would get? This is a Vette forum after all.

Deja Vu
One of the first automotive loves of my life was a '92 Red Miata I bought new and owned for 7 years..........then, getting ready to buy my last sports car (and 4th Vette, 3 were coupes) I came upon a GS 3LT (same red) 6MT.....the rest, as they say, is history.......

You wouldn't be seeing me giving up a vette period. And while I'm not a fan of verts, I'm a fan of vettes. So if I were a fan of verts, and if I couldn't have a vert, I'd have a coupe.

I drive my Vette because I like it. Period. I couldn't care less what anybody else thinks of it since I don't drive it to impress anybody or have anybody notice it.

If there was some reason that I could no longer own a C6 Vert, and I had to replace it with a like budget, I would get the best C6 coupe I could find. I have no real desire to drive anything but a C6 Corvette,

A restored mkI or mkII Austin Healey 3000 roadster, along with a lot of tools, several rolls of 14ga wire, a carton of electrical tape, a raincoat and a blanket. (old healey owners, did I miss anything?)
Been there, done that, still got the scars!

1960 AH 3000, 1961 AH 3000, 2004 C5 vert, 2013 C6 427 vert

"In honor of jpee"
I'd have to look at/try out the coupe again, but if it didn't work for me: 1) a C7 convertible; 2) a Jag F conv.; and 3) something else---maybe a resto-mod that handles well (built to handle well), or a '15 Mustang something, older Lex SC folding top, etc.

I like them both. I currently own a vert, but have owned the coupe. The coupe is really a great GT car with all the storage room. My vert is hurting for trips over two weeks with two people.

JAG, maybe a 6 series vert, or something else sporty and with some motor. not really sure, which is why I went with what I got.

If I decide to dump the C6 vert, it will be for a C7 vert Z51, 3lt,
Torch red, red, with black stripes and wheels
If didn't want to spend 73K Might get a completely restored C3 vert.
Seem some for about half of a C7. Have a retro T Bird so have 2 verts
already. The Vette and TBird are toys, DD is a BMW X
