2007 Atomic Orange C6.
Time for some new lens, figured I'd paint the bezels black.
What paint has worked well?
Paint the chrome rings also?

that prob would look great on your color......
I am a fan of the dark Gray buckets(not sure if what I saw was Cyber or Comp gray, but it looked better than black to me)
I would love to do it, but seems like a colossal waste of money, unless I was already needing to replace due to hazing....
and I hate to have a brand new car disassembled just for a headlight color change....
but when the time comes, I will take the plunge cause it just looks so damn aggressive....

Black Halo is a must for any C6, looks sharp!!!
Headlights removed and oven heated multiple times for lens/base seperation.
Time to paint the bezels and trim rings

Tell us how the process goes! I'm curious if new gaskets are needed or not. My guess is no, but I want to be sure I don't need them.
I have an AO C6 too, and I'm looking to paint my bezels black too.

Replacing the rubber/foam seals is simple, the metal retainer rings seem to remove better by cutting rather than prying off as its pretty easy to break one of the tabs/posts.
Baked the headlight about 4 different times to separate, depending on year you'll need to remove the screws/nuts that retain the bezel/lens from the black base.

My vote is for cyber-gray or similar, instead of black.
This is just my obviously slanted opinion, but when I see the black/orange color combo on a car, I think Halloween.
