Default C6 windows not sealing

Hi,
I am having a problem where my windows are not resetting fully when ypu shut the door.
Like, when you open the door, the windows drop down maybe 1/2 inch, then shoot back up when you shut the door. They drop downto open, but are not resetting back up when the door is shut. This is both driver an passenger sides. Car is a 2010 ZR1. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Try this if you have not done it already. If you did not recently disconnect the battery consider having it looked at. Low/bad battery will often start doing other weird electrical things to the car like random error codes etc.

Window Indexing
This feature automatically lowers the window a small
amount when the door is opened. Then, when the door
is closed, the window will raise to its full up position.
If either window does not index properly, it could be due
to loss of power. Before returning to your dealer for
service, perform the power window initialize procedure
following.
Power Window Initialize
After a power reconnect such as battery replacement, the
window index-up feature will not function until the system
is initialized. Once power is restored, do the following:
1. Close the door.
2. Raise the window by pulling up the switch.
3. Hold the up switch for three seconds after the
window is closed. Release the switch.
4. Hold the up switch again for three seconds and
release.

Need to reset your window indexing. Instructions are in the owner's manual.

You nailed it. That was it. I had the Lingenfelter 710hp kit installed yesterday and they needed to undo the battery and program the computer.
Thanks so much!!
