Modern covers do not scratch cars if they are maintained well.
Cars get scratched when dirty covers are put on a car
Or
When covers are put on a dirty car.
We don't, nor does the manufacturer of any cover guarantee
against scratching.
The cover has a 1 year manufactures warranty.
We accept returns on un-used, like new product for 30 days from
the date of purchase, or if the cover is defective, in the form of
an exchange.

Thank for the quick reply. I bought a cover earlier this year that I did not feel was soft enough on the inside and might scratch my car over time and repeated uses...
I just placed my order!! I look forward to receiving my new cover

These are very nice quality covers! Mine going for 2nd winter now, car sitting outside. Cover still looks new. Good thickness, soft flannel like inside, water repelling outside.
On very windy days, 1 string in the middle wasn't enough to keep cover on sometimes. I added 2 straps front and rear of car, and run them underneath the car attached to cover bottom- both sides. No problems after that, even in very high winds. Cover stays on.
