Yeah a bit much I guess. I would like to just get some pin stripes hand painted on it. Cant find any pics for ideas though.

In answer to your question, No I don't know anyone who has those stripes.
If you want to add stripes, I suggest that you stick with something close to stock packages in colors that enhance your base color.
