B&B Exhaust Owners Step Inside
Looking for some feedback as I'm on the fence between the Fusion and the PRT system for my 2013 GS. I like the fact that I can control the volume as I do now with my NPP although I leave it open all the time.
Also, I will have long tube headers on the car with cats which will change things up as well.

I have a 2013 427 with NPP. I just installed the B&B Fusions and new X pipe. The only real difference over stock is the tone is a little deeper but same overall loudness (I actually thought they would be louder). I know headers would really make it sound nice and loud but I'm trying to keep the car stock with just a few minor changes so stuck with what I got. I think the PRT would be louder for you if that is what you are going for but the fusions are really close to stock.

i have the fusions on my ls2 with lt headers and catted xpipe. I love it. go with the fusions...you won't regret it. plus...the resale value is excellent. if your gs is 2.5 you can find the fusions for ~ $1349.

I vote "Fusions", I like mine.

The NPP with headers is borderline crazy loud when you get on it.
I would seriously consider doing the headers first and see how you like it. My car sounds like its straight from hell w/ long tubes and the NPP setup. Even my tuner Dr. Phil stated "do you know how LOUD this is going to be?" before the install.
Look up nosferatu on youtube, he has couple great clips that sold me on headers/NPP.

I have the PRT's on my 2008. I replaced the npp stock exhaust because I did not like the drone with the valves open. I have the edelbrock e - force supercharger and I believe it created the drone. Anyway the PRT has a nice growl and no drone at speed. It is not loud but maybe slightly louder than the stock NPP's open. I was afraid the fusions would be no different than the stock NPP's.

I've had the Fusions since '08. I live less than 10 miles from B&B so I had them do the install at their factory. In '11 I had mine ceramic coated in matte black and re-installed @ B&B. Now they offer their systems in full mirror polished SS or ceramic black. Love the sound, leave them open 99.8% of the time.
