Default Painless for some

Took mine in for the recall. When I got out to the parking lot my competitive traction control did not work and and of course my windows did not index. All in all not too bad!

The recall repair doesn't modify the fuse box (UBEC) at all.

Instead they _bypass_ the stretch of circuit #1970 that runs through the UBEC by modifying the wiring harnesses with a jumper wire.
