Lifted it so I could change out the wobbling harmonic balancer on on 08 I just bought on 12/26. Only to find that my front crossmember is nearly broke in half....
Yep, pretty happy about that...
Sent pics to the dealer, just waiting for them to call back and tell me to go **** up a rope.
Oh yeah! Hi, my name is Tyler and this is my first Corvette!

Once again cursed the weather, flipped winter the bird, and just looked at her all covered up.

Drove mine to shop to have custom stereo installed, just beat the snow storm and hated driving it with all the crap on the road but god did it feel good. I will enjoy clay barring it in the spring while listening to the stereo...

Well, I washed and waxed my 2011 GS today because we are having a Corvette get-together this Sunday for Corvette owners in our neighborhood.
The person putting on the Corvette meeting already has 18 people that will attend (didn't know there was that many Corvettes in our gated subdivision).
Here is the flyer I received:
"We understand that you are a Corvette owner living here in Cape Royal. Please come and join the other Cape Royal Corvette owners at a cruise-in/meet and greet on January 25. Please see the attached flier for details".

Somebody knew about that damage. I hope you find out who it was.

Took off the cover, pulled her out into the sunshine. Checked all the fluids. Looked her over, dusted her off. Got ready for the "Corvette club" breakfast in the morning in Tyler Tx. It's going to be sunny and 60 degrees.

What did I do with my C6?
Had last Monday Jan. 19th off, went to my storage facility to start her up (2007 C6 3LT H'top). Took the cover off, she started right up and was rarin' to hit the road.- it has only been 6 weeks stored- seems like a freakin' year. 10 weeks to go :-( Too much salt on the roads in this God forsaken place (upstate NY). Moving (retiring) to Myrtle Beach, SC area later this year. Can't wait- no more winter storage (or ridiculous taxes!)!!
