Default HELP! Replaced the actuators after removing my dash! No Interior Lights, Headlights..

So I took 8 hours and replaced ALL 4 of my actuators. The Mode Valve was impossible to remove and mine looked ok, so I didn't replace it.

NOTE: There are 4 actuators (1 in the blend door and 3 connected to the air box.)

But now I have developed a new problem. Airbag light is on. I had everything disconnected and the seats all the way back (usually its the harnesses on the back of the seats, I know wiggled those and no luck)

My interior lights, AC and door lights as well as the instrument cluster are acting strange. When the headlights are on, there is no headlight icon on my dash cluster DIC, also when dark NO lights on inside the cabin at all... doors, AC buttons, and my stereo doesn't dim.

When car on and doors open. ALL LIGHTS on.

Also my airbag light is persistent.

I was curious if anyone on here has experienced the same thing.

BTW the dash removal took me 8 hours. PITA.

Im hoping its just a software reflash...

IDEAS?

BTW I do have a BRAND NEW AC MODE VALVE (Never used) for sale.

Pull the IPC surround back off and pull the IPC. You have at least one connector that is not seated properly.

The trim around the instrument panel.

Pull it back off and check all of the connections. You probably have one that is not seated completely.

Look for pinched wires, they can give you all sorts of problems and is easy to do when assembling a car. Happens often, even on the assembly line.

Ok. Well I submitted the car and they claim my dash cluster is toast. Looked up the part on CULTRAG (New GMPARTSHOUSE) and found it is "discontinued".

Looked for the same dash cluster on a 2012 C6 and it is still present.

Is there a HUGE difference in the actual cluster between 2005 and 2012?

BTW I CONFIRM 4 Actuators in the dash of a C6. 3 on the Mode Valve and 1 on the BLEND DOOR.

I'm just curious.....

What were you trying to accomplish with all of this rewiring? What was broken?

In my experiences, it usually is not broke until I try to fix it until it is broke!
