Default Gator-Rama 2015 Car Show Pics...

The Louisiana Slow Rollers car club has sponsored a local car show right down main street in DeRidder, Louisiana for the past 7 years. This years event was suppose to be in March but was rained out and almost didn't happen yesterday. It rained early and I'm sure it kept the car count down but they still had a pretty decent turnout. Since the local Drag strip had already cancelled we decided to go and support the locals.

And my favorite...And don't laugh I thought they were pretty cool as a young teenager.

I thought they were all very nice!!! I really liked the Nova wagon. Very nicely done. I had a 57 Chev. wagon in high school. I have a soft spot for wagons.

Was that white Camaro a Z-28?

I had a Pacer at one time. Called it the bubble car. Got more looks and waves and thumbs up in it than you would imagine. And it was a peppy little car with the straight 6 in it. I miss that car.

Default Pacer OMG

And my favorite...And don't laugh I thought they were pretty cool as a young teenager.

[/QUOTE]

What was the asking price on the Pacer. My mom had one when I was in High School. When my '70 383 Magnum powered Charger SE was broken (every week) I had to drive the Pacer. It was a lot of fun on snow packed roads...

Great pics and kudos to those brave enough to show up with the weather conditions.

P.S. I can't believe the Pacer was ever considered cool! LOL
