although it may have a wide body on it.............. there is NO way I would disrespect my baser brothers and sisters for the GS'er crowd.........

besides, no extra chrome of dress up items, so a baser 427 it is..............

and faster than a GS'er, just like a baser car................

But it's not a base? Unless there's something I missed and GM didn't offer a base model that year

C6 base car, C6 GS, C6 Z06, and 427 convertibles were offered in 2013

ALL MODELS, and the 427 had "Anniversary Package" where white paint and blue top and interior with or without stripes and skirts / splitter packages

had 3 trim levels and majority of 427's (18??) out of 2552 total were the white Anniversary package editions

Right, and every other version offered over the standard base was an upgraded version. Not a base any way you look at it, unless there's a joke or something I missed in there.

although mine now is a 427, originally when I hung out here I had an '07 black base coupe................ so I stuck to my roots with wayback, R&L, teebee, Hoxxy, etc as a baser

on another note.................. the original "Hammy" LOVED black wheels................
he would argue relentlessly with those who preached chrome is the only way to go............

Good to know Hammy and I would have got along, cause chrome sucks.

Right away with the chrome dissing....... we have a strong Chrome wheel camp here at Hammy's....and we have secret meetings......so there..... of course we would have to hide it from Hammy himself.....never could figure out what he saw in black wheels...... It did not effect his politics though and that was good......

To Rocketman being a baser is a state of mind for him, even though he has a glorious wide car. When he moved up hardware wise his software mentality remained hopelessly old fashioned..... The GS lifestyle is the Windows 10 of software and a baser mentality is still sadly operating in DOS......they never have converted their thinking to Windows....... just saying.....

Back to wheels...... I like the wheels on Shao's GS because they have a polished or chrome ring that separates the tire black from the dark wheel .....ya know what I mean? To me that looks so much better then all black....... I am also an excellent judge of horseflesh and women.....

Oh just wait till I finally do a track outing. I have a can of gun metal plastidip for my factory chrome wheels. I've gone a long way in my auto history to get rid of chrome.

Originally ever part for this engine was polished/chrome until I redid them in teflon silver

Then the LS7 Hybrid

Then my old track car engine in black wrinkle

Oh and don't forget how my wheels started off

Death to chrome

just wonder how many here may actually remember the DOS system...…………..

would truly be showing there age...…………. although it was on the computers we used to run the test equipment and dynamometers when I first started at my current employer...……

we would have to create the programs to run the correct test loads and cycles, as well as speed parameters on the dyno motors...………

still haven't heard any opinions on the lights though...………….

NOTE to H1...…………… packages should ship from here later this week, will provide tracking by text...………………..

also, for those who may want to see some real WINNING record football games...…………… Washington vs Washington State on Friday night on Fox and then MICHIGAN vs the Ohio State University on Saturday late morning also on Fox...…….

Go Blue, and Go Cougars...……………

H1 you need to understand that as more version of Windows come out they are bloated, fater and S L O W E R than the original DOS. We knew how to streamline our autoexec.bat file and clean op the config.sys file for more speed. Kind of like mods to our slim, sleek faster cars.

HELLO !!!!

Rocketman, I still know how to move some drivers into higher memory if you need any assistance with that

Damn Desham..... you seem to have that computer stuff down...... I was talking to a young guy who works for the Company I'm with...... we were talking about a proprietary program for soil testing that I have and now they have and I told him it was originally written in DOS...... blank look....... you know MS-DOS..... before C+ then Windows 95....... kid was lost..... We did have our program rewritten in C before going to Windows with it years later....... Does anyone remember **** Computer Systems? Sooooo......what you are saying is that Windows 10 is big and wide and takes lots of power to run.......because its fat? Ok......I think we can live with that...... More beer over here wench......the GS'ers have a meeting....... a secret meeting......
