7 axles is good for 101,500 around here.

Sweet petercar. Unless there is a muffler underneath it must talk to you on the hills...both up and down!

Welcome kennelmaster!

another individual who gets to examine things for a living isn't a bad thing to have here at Hammy's............

what I usually deal with are more composed of metallic materials, rather than skin and bones.........

know all about the wonderful working hours too..................

with a GS as your vehicle, you should be able to take advantage of all the luxurious offerings the GS'er lounge provides.......

grab yourself a barcalounger and sit around drinking umbrella drinks with those boys...............

Hi Kenmaster good to see you in the hallowed ham halls.......Yeah Ruxy I have seen some of the stuff they pull out in your country.....try to do that back here and they would just take you to jail.......doubles and triples and axels hanging everywhere.......crazy......

When I first put the pipes on they were straight pipes........a bit uh raucous if you know what I mean.......but it was when I hit the jake brake coming down a long hill and the cows on the hills were running and dogs were going nuts and windows were shaking......I was loving it of course......but after 3000 miles or so I was thinking this cheat has to go......so I put some baffles in each pipe and there is a small muffler underneath. Sounds about right now......cows just stare but it still will get your attention........

.......the barcaloungers have been beefed up and cleared to race and we just got a couple of boxes of mixed color little umbrellas that we all like...........time for some boat drinks GS'ers......yummm

On an early run so gotta go........here is pic of Pete loading Potash down by the Missouri River yesterday.........

No sleeper on this truck.....may add one though.....I like to take a nap while waiting in line to load.......

Have a safe day Hammy's.........back on the road again...
Nice rig. It definitely needs a sleeper not only for you but to get the wind off the big flat trailer end.

well boys being without my car for about 2 weeks hasn't been a pleasant experience..............

did get an update today that it should be ready to get picked up tomorrow...................... waited about 8 business days for wheels to be shipped to dealer and arrive........................

didn't miss much drive time, been cold, rainy, and even some white colored stuff flying in the night air the last few days............ sunny tomorrow and forecast high of 55, so it should be good

hate to say this, especially in the company of the GS'ers,
but when it was home, had family visitors see it for the first time parked in the garage......................

they saw all my previous Corvettes, and were amazed by my black C6 base coupe................

it was then, that I heard the comment that all basers absolutely would dread................................... ...... "it is so shiny, it is so low, it looks so........................ W I D E

like any other red blooded baser, I blamed it on the color difference...

weather here is supposed to warm up, possible 70 degrees early next week, and sunny, so that may be the last ride before it gets parked for hibernation, and some personalization mods......................

I hear ya...kinda . '70 narrow nose little window in 1975. 335 was not enough so built it to 400 with turbo, exhaust manifolds, cooler, timing, injectors the size of a...well, never mind. Finally put a muffler underneath.

I'm kinda bummed that it hasn't cooled off much here to get some good racing weather. It hit 100* today and the overnight low is expected to be 73*. Looking forward to the 70* highs and the 40* overnights this winter.

Welcome to Hammy's, in memory of the late, great Hammeister. In the Hammy's tradition the first round is on the house and you get your very own drinking partner:

Beautiful car. Just don't let a certain GSer wannabe (who is waaaayback in the field) talk you into black wheels!
