but that would really explain some of the GS'ers behavior here.........
neighbor's daughter................
looks to be about 1/3 Ruxxy's age...........
just wonderin' if he needed help due to being "too wide" to bend at the middle...............
or if he was "too baked" to get up if he fell over...........

Seen that Car and Driver. Kind of a strange list where a 650 hp beast and a 155 hp mouse are on the same list.
The Corvette and Miata also share another list...... Consumers Reports no longer recommended list..
One mag says best and one says worst....

Good Afternoon to you....I might add, enter Hammy's at your own risk If you are new here?
There are some, shall we say, unusual Dude's here and that tends to make the interaction a little Odd at times. Maybe one of the GS'ers will be so good as to explain terms use often such as GS'ers(old guys) Basers(not drugies), and GS'er Bar plus the Hovel....it can get confusing I know
Here's a couple examples....
This guy lives in AZ, goes by Ruxxy, thought he found and Adult Book Store. Guess they kicked him out or it was to much for him...
This guy is a Big Red(Nebraska) fan, really gets hyped up in the GS'ers bar, even when they aren't playing.... He goes by Husker 1 and has various uses for the Husker Corn you won't find elsewhere..
The guys in the Hovel(downstairs) have the most fun...we raid the GS'ers bar, have better parties...and generally just more fun with faster slimmer Vettes......Baser's.
This is one of our Party songs... Have fun while your here

Hey, Ruxxy be sure and add these days to your repertoire
Winter 2017/18: When does it start and when do the days start getting longer again?
The winter solstice is the astronomical start of winter and the shortest day of the year. Going to work in the dark and driving home in the dark, it really feels like the days can't get any shorter.
In the United States and the rest of the northern hemisphere, the first day of the winter season is the day of the year when the Sun is farthest south (on December 21st or 22nd). This day is known as the Winter Solstice.
The declination of the Sun on the winter solstice is known as the tropic of capricorn (-23° 27'). In the Southern hemisphere, winter and summer solstices are exchanged so that the winter solstice is the day on which the Sun is farthest north.
A common misconception is that the earth is further from the sun in winter than in summer. Actually, the Earth is closest to the sun in December which is winter in the Northern hemisphere.
As the Earth travels around the Sun in its orbit, the north-south position of the Sun changes over the course of the year because of the changing orientation of the Earth's tilted rotation axes. The dates of maximum tilt of the Earth's equator correspond to the Summer Solstice and Winter Solstice, and the dates of zero tilt to the Vernal Equinox and Autumnal Equinox.
The reason for these changes has to do with the Earth's yearly trip around the sun. For part of the year the Earth's North Pole points away from the sun and part of the time toward it. This is what causes our seasons. When the North Pole points toward the sun, the sun's rays hit the northern half of the world more directly. That means it is warmer and we have summer.
The day of the winter solstice is the shortest day of the year. The length of time elapsed between sunrise and sunset on this day is a minimum for the year. In the United States, there are only about 9½ hours of daylight on this day.
At latitude 40 degrees north, the earliest sunset of the year occurs around December 8, and latest sunrise occurs around January 5. The day with the least amount of daylight (the first day of winter), occurs around December 21. Why are all these dates not the same? For a detailed explanation, see The Dark Days of Winter at the U.S. Naval Observatory web site.
So, the earliest sunset is around Dec. 8th and gets later after that. But the day with the least sunlight is around Dec. 21st and then gets longer after that.....and also the latest sunrise is around Jan. 5th and then starts getting earlier....and I think this all starts to reverse again sometime in June around the 21st. Save for Trivia....

better there than in the Motor City area...................
cold enough here already with the jet stream positioned how it currently is.................... single digits for the low on Wednesday........

Bill was mad. Monica wasn't speaking to him. The laundry called to say the spot wouldn't come out. It was Christmas Eve and NOTHING was going right.
His welfare reform was a bust. His staff were complaining about not getting paid for the overtime they had worked and were threatening to go on strike. Hillary was being a huge nag.
Bill was furious. "I don't even have a Christmas tree! I sent Hillary out HOURS ago to find a tree and she isn't even back yet! What am I going to do?"
Just then, Hillary opened the front door and stepped in from the snowy night, dragging a Christmas tree. Hillary said, "Yo, *******! Where do you want me to stick the tree this year?"
And thus the tradition of Hillary atop the Christmas tree began...
