wouldn't think that GM changed the harness or connector design though they years............
currently at real world place of employment, but can look at the spare set of headlights when I get home later if you can't figure it out.......
you may want to check the A&A site (superchargers) as they may have pictures there which show the headlights and connectors so you don't cause any unnecessary damage...........
I can't access that site from current location due to limitations

hate is such a strong word.....especially for our more gentle readers....like myself...... I don't think the words hate and chrome should be used in the same sentence....... other words such as dislike or would rather not have chrome is so much more genteel...... now the word hate and black wheels can be used without a problem.... there cannot be enough rancor aimed at the passing fad of black wheels........
Now I think that what Shao did is quite tasteful in that there is some chrome to separate the dark portions of the wheel with the black of the tire....... I'm all in on those....... what type paint did you use to stick to the chrome parts may I ask.....

Just a guess but is this where the whole tolerance speech movement began?

Not a great start for Chevrolet with the C7 ZR1. They are recalling 500 for a potential issue with an airbag sensor. Just saw the info on my Google newsfeed.

I was an industrial arts teacher, my areas of expertise were drafting/design and woodworking. Nice work there....especially the boat.

pretty hectic and super swamped for me presently....................
but I want to say a huge THANK YOU to both teebee and Tomda Toolman for the GREAT photos of their craftsmanship and pieces of art
from a personal perspective, they are reminders to me of my late younger brother who also was very gifted and talented in the woodworking field...........

Well I give up on changing the low beams. Not user friendly at all. Taking it to the Dealership Service in the morning. They estimate 4 hrs for the job.
But I could not get the connector off in 4 hrs.
Not easily defeated but I see no way I could do this while still mounted to the car. I would end up destroying it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ability to post pics came back today.
Problem is there is no thumbnail image when the list shows so I don't know what I'm uploading.

Hey tomda and teeb, the woodsmen...do either one of you have experience with, or knowledge of, a DIY epoxy counter top product like Leggari Products http://leggari.com/
It looks very interesting.
Plus, Leggari is based in Kennewick (H1 knows where that is) so I'm sure cmee should be able to get an almost local discount...

Quitter.......... let see 4 hrs X 120 bucks an hour = 480 plus the cost for the shop rags and such along with taxes is ........ a lot of money to change out a set of headlamps..... Since the GS's are so much wider I think that it must be easier to change those out....... more working room........ if ya know what I mean........ jellybean.......

I like the Kennewick area...... very diverse Ag cropping there....... and some really great onions...... Got a lot of water recreation.... I enjoyed my time with my #1 daughter when she was stationed out there for her work....... she is back in Seattle now....... She also lived up in Bellingham which I thought was a great place also......good places to eat..... I can't go back there though.....they have a warrant on me for not paying a 50 dollar parking ticket....... well...it pissed me off......I didn't know you could not park there...... I'm a GS'er for Lords sake....we park anywhere we want........ geez...... I tried to talk them out of it but they knew I was rich because I drove a Corvette and was out of State....... I told her she probably drove a car that costs more then mine did.....but she was having a bad day obviously....I even tried my down home country charm.....and that was a fail.......I told them I know Ruxy........and that was when the conversation ended........ so can't go back there....... nuts.......

I swear the connector won't come off the bulb....just about destroyed it trying. And that was on my old set.
Quitter? Why yes I am.
