Ok lot of work to do.....let's roll Hamsters.......
Ok hamsters, a little less colon and rectum but everything hooked back up. Surgeon actually said the colon started to attatch itself to the bladder so good thing I got this done.

Waiting for my potatoes and gravy and lemon icee for dinner. So far so good.

Thanks.
They have me on something new called rapid recovery program. Already had me up walking and eating. They say the research shows the faster you get back to normal activities the better the outcomes.
stomach incision was hurting really bad but I think the morphine is kicking in now.

The first "poop" has me a little nervous. A true "little ****.

Glad everything went well for ya Randy. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

And don't worry about the little chit. If it don't come out that's your ticket to full time GS status. You'll be as full of it as the rest of em. They will welcome you with open arms.

Just trying to look on the bright side. Ok, not so bright...more like Dim.......Dang I'm not to good at this cheering up stuff.

Glad to hear that everything "came out alright"....eeeewww that didn't come out sounding right..... Yea, they try to get you up and going ASAP anymore. When I had my total knee done a few years back, they had me up and walking around 3 hours after coming out of surgery.

Hey RL, i don't really care either for knowing what's hooked up and where now but it did pose and interesting question. Did you ask the Doc what would happen if you were standing there talking to someone and you Farted. Would it come out like the usual fart, or would it somehow go back up through your stomach and out your mouth.,Kind of like a Burp ya know a stomach gas thing.... No....No...if it's more detailed than that don't really want to know,.... just curious.... Sure do hope they got the plumbing thing right....just saying

Night Night, probably pudding and ice cream in the morning...

Glad to hear things went well. That you can joke about it, is a good sign. It won't be long before you nearly forget it ever happened.

Like if you sneeze and it smells like a fart? Or, if you farted and it blew out your hearing aids? Or, if you...jeez, enough. If mrsR&L gets his phone she will know what imbeciles he associates with.
