Hammy's Grand Sport Bar & Grill
Hopefully there was an early show since we know the GS'rs are in bed by 7:30.

We were at table 6. But as soon as the bare nekkid ladies heard we were GSers they surrounded our table 2 and 3 deep.
Sorry, if we'd known you were there we would have sent a couple over. Must have been pretty quiet at your table.

Thankfully you're still with us....rumor has it after a racy episode of Golden Girls you need some extra medication to calm down....

This may be true, but only because the bare nekkid ladies thought GS stood for Goldman Sachs. They mistakenly thought y'all had big money....not that y'all had just come from a waxing party where you shared A beer.

GSers are kind of quiet today....must be hung over. Corn squeezens can do that to you.

Calling all cars, calling all cars...be on the lookout for H1 and 427 man. Last seen heading into a corn maze with Mable and Ethel, two corn fed beauties.
They are considered dangerous and could be packing. Over.

seems to be a lot of unanswered questions and speculation here with the trip to America's Heartland..............................
to try and answer them in order of previous postings here are some information updates and questions I have too of the basers who may have doubted the real reason for this trip...............
first off, Junior (G23) just like Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ asked..................... wasn't the Gentlemens Club table number 4 a far way from Kansas..............
can only imagine the way we could have seen you was with a telescope.................. just sayin'....................
Big R inquired about why or how could H1 have someone travel to detail his car...............
how about 3 months FREE rent for the hovel................. seems the Sargent at Arms objected............... until he realized it is a long walk from Lincoln to Omaha........
that should allow the basers time to obtain by any methods, even more PBR's and Pappys from our usual sources.................... while the GS'ers sleep soundly in their barcaloungers........
have many pictures to post here, and also will share them again with the regulars who have received the links to my Google account previously.............
the reason I came to the heartland is H1 made certain that when I first met him in the Hills all would be good, and it was my way of showing him as a Corvette brother restitution for his going above and beyond expectations...................... although he is a GS'er he makes certain all the regulars and guests are always welcome and treated respectfully here at Hammy's..............
lastly, way the trip here is about 600 miles from the Big D, and R&L about 500 from your area.................. easily drive-able in less than a day................ it would have been an awesome time if all the regulars could have attended here, but stay tuned for a planned trip to Corvette Mecca next summer.....................
pictures and some explanations to follow..............................

only appropriate the the street I stayed on in Lincoln was named this................................
saw a lot of this traveling across Iowa and while here in Nebraska................ although the majority of it is not used for consumption thanks to the petroleum industry.....................
this is the final result of H1's car...................... more shine and clarity in the finish.................... something that I am fairly good at doing, something I enjoy to do as well, and willing to help any of the others with........
the time spent with these three, as well as the other people H1 introduced us too made these days all worthwhile..................

Would have loved to have been able to come....maybe next year.
It's only been about eight weeks since my surgery so kinda still laying low and staying close to home.
You have H1's rocket looking great.
