Actually it did not flash but pulsed. There is a difference between flashing and pulsing. Flashing causes the light to go off and on and is illegal. Pulsing does not turn the lights off but makes them go bright to dim and back to bright. On some motorcycles the owner has installed a pulsing Headlight. Although flashing headlights are illegal, pulsing headlights are legal but only during daylight hours. There is a sensor to turn them off at night.
i have the brake pulser on my Grand Sport. It only pulses 5 times and will not pulse again unless the brakes have not been applied before 15 seconds have passed. The keeps from annoying the cars behind in stop and go traffic. With the low profile of the Corvette, I think it is easy for the car behind to look over the Corvette.

Where did you get yours?

Melting Slicks
I've got them on my CBR 600RR. I also have the pulsing front high beam during the day only. I only turn it on at intersections when it looks like a car might pull out in front of me. Previous owner installed them. Good safety feature for motorcycles for sure.

The tone of your post makes you sound more like a hater than anyone who expressed an honest opinion...

I wouldn't be without my flasher...it flashes five times then goes solid so it doesn't keep flashing at a stoplight. Easy install and worthwhile with all the people texting and playing Pokemon while driving.

I find that kind of annoying as it is deceiving in that I don't know if the person is actually applying the brakes or not.

Previous owner mod. I also seem to recall those violate federal law. Yep, illegal - http://regulations.justia.com/regula.../05-10136.html
