Porxter
Porxter is a word I made up for the license plate of my '71 Harley Davidson Ironhead hardtail chopper.
Harley = Hog = Pork
+ Sportster
= Porxter
I've been using it as my online name for many, many years now.

I use a military theme on all of my plates for the cars. Tally Ho is on the C6 and is a term used when spotting another aircraft either enemy or other. The term came from the days of the fox hunts in the UK. "Tally Ho" was shouted when the fox was spotted. It carried over into fighter pilot lingo once we began to fly.

For the longest time, I saw these white, oval stickers on cars that said "OBX" and never knew what that meant. Finally, I went to the Outer Banks, North Carolina--places like Kitty Hawk (Orville Wright, etc.). "OBX" for Outer Banks is their acronym and widely known there and everywhere, except by me.
Mine was given to me by a Chevy salesman who was surprised by my technical questions; but he did know most of the answers.
We bought a new Z28 Camaro and then two new Corvettes (2001 & 2006) from him, too bad he's retired now. Always gave us a good deal without hassles.

C5firstimer back in 2004 when I got my first Corvette and joined the Forum.
Now 12 years later a very happy C6 owner for two years.
Would like to change to C6firstimer but is probably too much trouble.
At least I got my Avatar.

Turbo6TA
A long time ago I used to own an 89 Pontiac 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am.
They only made 1,555 of these cars, and all of them had the Buick GNX drivetrain which consisted of the turbocharged and intercooled Buick 3.8 liter V6.
Turbo6TA (Turbo 6cyl Trans Am)
BTW, the 89 Turbo TA was the fastest 1/4 mile GM production car of 89 ... Yes, it was faster than the 89 Corvette.

Melting Slicks
My first name begins with "G" and I own two Honda RC's, RC30 and RC51.
CORRECTION:
Technically the RC51 should not qualify although that is the Honda model designation because the model code in the vin is actually SC45.
However I also own a VFR700 which has a VIN model code of RC26 so my original assertion that I own two RC's is correct.
Not that anyone but a true Honda V4 geek gives a rat's ****...

I gave my CBR600 to my son last year because I didn't have time to ride. However, now I miss it, and if the CBR gets replaced, it will be with an RC51. I love the way that big V Twin pulls out of a corner.

The RC30 is very rare (only 300 sold in the US) but I've always had a thing for Honda V4's. This bike is not a "wipe it down with a cloth diaper then roll it back into the garage" bike like most RC30's. You wouldn't believe the hate mail I got from other owners when they found it I used it as a driver.
