Default Aftermarket seats & still retain factory heated option?

I know there are heated aftermarket seats, but I am looking for a heated aftermarket seat that will be plug & play with the factory heated seat connections. Pipe dream?

I don't want to drop $1,500 on the 2012 seat upgrade. May as well get Corbeau seats or something then.

Maybe I should just get new foam for the driver seat & call it a day.
Wish my seats had orange stitching too.

If you aren't afraid to remove the upholstery (or have a shop do it) you can add heated seats to just about anything. They sell DIY kits to add the heat pads. You could just wire those up to your existing switches. I did that in my C5.

Highly unlikely you'll find anything plug-n-play.

The system circuit involves the BCM and HVAC control unit as well as individual modules for each seat.

If interested, here's a description of the system in post 5:

I know Corbeau seats come already heated, but they are not plug & play. I don't want to be bothered with adding more wiring, cutting holes for new switches, etc.

Now if I were adding the cooling option to my OE seats, I might be willing to do some work
