I plan to experiment with that as an option. The production version will be white, but I should be able to simply replace the LEDs and resistors to get yellow light. I will be testing this theory on a set of lights for my 09 silverado as soon as specific part numbers are identified.

I'll see how these turn out and if yellow is eventually offered. Good luck.

Update. I just received a set of these lights (NNBS silverado as shown in the OP) for prototype testing. These are by far the most unique lights I've seen.
Initial impressions:
The housings are very light but also very sturdy. No reason to over-complicate things.
Initial testing shows the light didn't appear very bright....until you got into the "beam" The pattern is VERY wide and incredibly narrow making it PERFECT for a fog light. I was able to get some outside shots of a single light.
15' to garage
Plenty of illumination at low level
10' from wall projects a 26' wide pattern!
Close up (camera setting modified to show more than a light blur) This is what my eyes saw.
What amazed me most was the width of the pattern. At 10' from the garage the pattern was over 26' wide making it a 105+ degree width. For it's intended purpose as a fog light this will easily illuminate the edges of the road.
The plan thus far is to send a set of fog lights to TRS for reverse engineering. I will then be able to show a 3D rendering of the actual product. This should take place within the next couple of weeks.

I understand they are plug and play, but the install video I found on you tube for a Silverado truck requires the entire front of the truck to be removed (grill, bumper). Is this what will be expected/required with the install? I am in, if the install does not require taking the front of the car off.

Bolts you'll need to remove (looks like 7mm to me)
An idea of where everything sits.

I was actually debating on pulling a set of these apart and retrofitting them into the stock housings. If these are offered in 3000k(yellow) i'm in. If not offered in 3000k i'll do it myself.

Working on it. The Luxeon T LEDs used in the housing are rather difficult to find in amber. I'm working with the designer to source an alternative compatible product. If i can find one I will make 3000k an option with a minor up-charge since additional parts and labor will be required to swap the LEDs.
