I recently had to do this repair. It is frustrating because a common mode of failure is "no fob detected" in subfreezing temps and normal operation the rest of the time. It can't be diagnosed with the Tech II because you can't get the car into Acc when the fault is present and when the fault is not present the diagnostic is normal.
