Salem smog rules comparatively ?
We will be moving to Salem, OR in 10 days and will be registering a 2011 Escape and a 2006 Corvette. Will the smog standards be more or less than here in Tucson, AZ? Any Oregonians on here that have experienced Tucson? Tucson has been more lax than Phoenix.

Used to live in Oregon.
There isn't a statewide smog inspection. Only in the Portland metro and Medford metro areas.

from a former Oregonian, now WA state resident (but always a Duck); there will be, as previously and correctly stated here no real problems...and you won't have any state police checkpoints for arbitrary searches either........
