It should be easy, but be sure they refill with Dexcool and not the green stuff.
Distilled water instead of (permitted) tap water for the 50-50 mix is a nice touch.

If you have any mechanical aptitude at all it's any easy DIY, aside from the usual cuss words and a skinned knuckle or two. It took me 3 hours and I was in no hurry.

It is really is a very simple process to swap out the water pump...
remove the belt...
drain antifreeze via the plug on bottom passenger side of radiator.
remove bolts from water pump
pull away
If your new water pump does not come with a new thermostat, now is the time to replace it.
reverse process.
when filling with new coolant, make sure you put in the right mixture. also a vacuum tool to refill will help ensure no air pockets.
