Vets with Vets

Just wondering how many military vets have vets. When an where you served. Me, 68 to 70. Germany and Viet nam.

I served with the First Air Cavalry in Vietnam from 1969 to 1970. Currently own my third Corvette. The first didn't come until my kids were grown and out of the nest.

Retired Chief Master Sergeant, Air Force 1978-2007. Owned a few used Vettes during that time; bought my first (and to date only) new one as an early retirement gift to myself in 2006.

US Army Chief Warrant Officer (CWO3). Retired in 1999, with 26 years, 1 month, and 4 says of service (but who's counting). Was a military policeman for 10 years, and a criminal investigator (CID Agent) for 16 years. I did 3 tours to Germany, and 1 to South Korea.

USN '69 to '92. 2 Attack boats, 2 destroyers and an amphib. 2nd, 6th and 5th fleet in hot and cold wars.

US ARMY 1985-1993 Operation Desert Storm Vet

I spent a lot of time with my Grandfather when I was young! He was an MP in the US ARMY during WW2. I served with great pride. I served to say thank you for all Vets that came before me!
