I cleaned up our '06 vert, and took a friend/classmate,who has MS for a 2 hr. ride.We ended up with a third classmate at the local Sonic burger joint, and, sat at the picnic tables out front. The temp was 70 degrees. What a great time had by all!

After this past weekend (feb of 2019):
Very nice! Where did you get the skirts and splitter? I want to add something similar to my 2012. Like the headlights as well. Guess that is the C7 conversion I have read about, where you get those? Have a night pic? Car looks killer. Red and black is where its at!

Finished the read brakes on my 2012 GS this weekend, so the dreaded squeaking is finally gone. The car sat a few months and I am guessing that was the source of the squeaks as the pads still had a good 30-40% left on them. But changing out the padlets and the holder pins and it is nice and quiet. Got it inspected and emissions done today so now get to wait for the tags and I guess submit and put the front plate on when the time comes. Such a shame.

Thanks for the compliments!
I got the skirts, Splitter and ZR1 spoiler from ExtremeOnlineStore (they are a sponsor here, their posts are floating around here on the forum) They're ABS plastic but fitments and look is pretty damn good for the price. No complaints
The headlights are the Morimotos that recently came out. They are the direct replacement for the factory headlights which in my opinion have aged very poorly. I bought my lights from VetteLights here on the forum. Hes also a sponsor. I got the black GS side emblems off ebay, which are the official GM emblems.

Not pictured are my smoked out eagle-eye tail lights, which drastically changed the car in the rear as well.

Got some new wheels and tires for my 2012 C6 Base. After my recent upgrade to an AP Racing Sprint kit for the front, the OEM wheels no longer fit

My new daily wheels are TSW Interlagos with Toyo Proxes 4 Plus tires. Wheels are 18x9 front and 20x10.5 rear. Front tires are 275/35R18 and rears are 295/30R20.

Thanks for the info! I noticed you have the smoked side markers as well. Very nice look. Not sure I can do that in VA, will have to check.
Definitely going to add the splitter and skirts to my "I want" list, that is steadily growing. Gorgeous looking GS for sure.
Mine is Crystal Red Tint which is my favorite and glad I found one. Red Hot would have been my next option, which was what my Camaro 2SS was.

What is that Front Plate Mount? I am guessing a TopFlight, without the border piece? I have the stock one but don't like where it goes on the body and think where yours is at is a better looking spot.

Had new Delco battery, the correct one installed yesterday...Gave the one that came in it when I purchased the car in it to a friend for his truck as it was only three months old. I feel better now that the battery is being held down as it should even though I hated taking perfectly good battery out it worked out overall...

Pondering what is next for my new to me toy. The 1200 miles so far have been great fun.

The clutch master cylinder failed recently, unfortunately a year past the extended warranty, so I had the car taken in to have it replaced along with a brake flush, new trans fluid and rear gear oil.

New brake pads and brake fluid flush w/ my Motive bleeder. Turned in to a battle royale -- wheels were seized on and the rotors were seized on. Ugh.
