I painted my rotor hats today. Had a thin line of rust forming between the hat and the pads. Drove me nuts!

Surprisingly, nothing.

That doesn't happen very often.

Took some light pollen off with ONRWW, cleaned the windows inside and out, didn't drive it anywhere.

I have the same problem with my rear rotors. Another future project for me.

I almost went to that show. Didn't feel so hot Saturday morning. Went instead to a local relay for Life show that ended up having no show that I could find. At least I got it out for a drive.

I took mine up to the North Georgia / North Carolina mountains to finally give my '06 coupe a proper flogging. I was hanging out with my brother's Audi club for the weekend. The 3d-printed Audi logo was a joke for the club. But now I regret not pulling it off before the drive since I got otherwise great shots of it! It was pretty damp all weekend, but those mountain roads were a blast. Once I got back, started hearing belt noises (I think) and thinking I may be having a balancer problem..

ENVIOUS!! You get all that nice stuff in Fla. Don't see much like that here in the desert!

Haha, it was all in good fun. The Audi guys appreciated it. Nobody has a sense of humor anymore!

Reminds me - in my "biker" days, when I was cafeing my 900 Kawasaki but sometimes hanging with a bunch of Harley guys, they called my bike a Kawalski. They made a "Hardley Davidson" nameplate for my tank.

Just FYI, the spot you have that jack stand placed is not a recommended location, and could cause damage if done often enough.
