Pulling ATI Balancer
I need to get my timing cover off. Got the steering rack moved, also removed the balancer bolt. Anyone recommend a puller that will work with the ATI? It doesn't have the slots like the OEM version so the chrysler puller won't work.

Yeah that is what you need to do. I went ahead and pulled the whole outer shell off of mine when I did it because it made it a little easier to line everything up. I went with a generic puller from the parts store and upgraded to some grade 8 bolts and washers to replace the ones from the kit that fit because they were too soft to actually pull my balancer.
I'm not terribly happy with the cup that it comes with to push against but it did the job, but I considered going to get a bolt with a head small enough to fit through the balancer hub with threads for the crank to push against instead. Some people even use quarters to push against.
Also it is VERY important to know that it isn't standard torx bolts holding the balancer shell to the hub, they are torx plus. A standard torx bit WILL strip the bolts.
