So the radio volume in my 2007 fe1 3lt w/nav drifts randomly...stopped or moving it will just randomly start to go up, if I lower the volume it drops to the next lower setting of the original setpoint...anyone had this before? It's not really bothersome just kinda curious.

Turn off the "auto" volume setting

Supposedly the volume on the radio will adjust to road noise, etc. I think that it ties in with the rpm or speed of the engine. It assumes that if you are going faster or the engine is turning faster, there is more noise being produced by the outside and the volume needs to go up, up, up.

It does it sitting still as well...top up or top down fast or slow

weird right...and its not the constant changing that the auto volume feature does...its just out of nowhere it'll get louder.
